This opportunity allows Agri Rewards members the opportunity to exchange all bonuses already awarded, at their current value, for Senwes shares. The Senwes shares will be full equity shares with full dividend and voting rights.
Should you choose the share option, the future 16-year payment will expire.
Please note that you have until 6 January 2023 at 17:00 to exercise your choice. Should you not choose the share option or not exercise any option, you will receive the Agri Rewards allocated in cash from 2033 to 2038 respectively.
